My Grandmother taught me how to sew at a young age. She is where I get all of my creative and caffeine habits from. We would spend hours creating together only stopping to feed ourselves. My Grandma also instilled in me a great love for old things. As I got older, I started collecting vintage clothing. Vintage pieces fit well, are made with thought, skill, and craft. So one day I decided to make myself a top based off of my favorite vintage halter. This was the beginning of Sun Love. Moral of the story: An amazing grandma, lots of coffee, and the love of vintage clothing are what’s behind this slow fashion clothing brand.
